1. Request a Proposal

Start by submitting a proposal request. Include measurements for each wall and ceiling you’d like finished. For multiple rooms, please submit a separate request for each space so we can provide accurate quotes. Designers can reference the same client name, address, or PO number, and we can consolidate proposals for convenience.

Once we review your request, we’ll follow up with either a brief consultation or a detailed quote, depending on your chosen finish. A 50% deposit secures your place in our schedule.

 

2. In Your Proposal

You proposal will include our estimated project timeline with line item pricing or material, labor and other relevant expenses. You will also receiving our client contract to sign upon your project approval.

 

3. Sample & Color Approval

We provide a custom, hand-mixed sample for each approved project, allowing you to see the exact color and texture in your space. Place the sample in the room to observe how natural and artificial light shifts its tone throughout the day. This ensures the finish complements your design intent perfectly. You will receive your custom color sample within 10-14 days of submitting your deposit. Samples must be approved at least 7 days prior to your project start date.

 

4. Scheduling & Lead Time

To ensure every project is executed with care and precision, we require a minimum of four weeks from deposit to project start. This window allows time for material preparation, color verification, and scheduling with our installation team.

 

5. Application & Finishing

Our plaster finishes are handcrafted by trained artisans, using proprietary blends of plasters, pigments, and washes. Finishes are carefully burnished, washed, or layered according to the desired effect. For durability, we can seal surfaces with a flat varnish or dead-flat sealer, maintaining the finish’s organic texture and luxurious look while providing protection for high-traffic areas.

 

6. Partnering with Designers

We love collaborating with designers to create bespoke interiors. Designers can:

• Request samples for client projects

• Specify custom colors or sheens

• Receive detailed guidance on measurements, finishes, and installation
