Minimum 4 weeks between deposit and project start. -
Scheduling Confirmation
Projects are secured only once the 50% deposit is received. -
Rescheduling Window

Project Duration Estimates
Timelines are estimates and may shift due to drying times, site conditions, or construction delays.

2. Proposal & Estimating Policies
-
One Proposal Per Space
Each room/space requires its own proposal request form for accuracy and clarity. -
Measurement Requirements
Clients must provide accurate wall and ceiling dimensions; revised measurements may result in updated pricing. -
Complex Spaces
Nonstandard rooms (angled walls, bump-outs, vaults, beams, archways) may require on-site confirmation or additional charges.

Sample Limit
One complimentary sample per approved surface; additional samples billed at $375 each. -
Color Matching Limitations
Colors are matched to the closest achievable hue within the constraints of each finish. -
Sample Approval Commitment
Once a sample is approved, it becomes the final design direction. All work, materials, and scheduling will follow the approved sample.

5. Changes & Revisions Policies
-
Post-Approval Design Changes
Any design, color, or finish changes requested after sample approval require a formal change order, revised pricing, additional sample fees, and may impact the project timeline. -
Material Re-Creation
If custom materials or pigments have already been mixed, re-mixing or replacing materials due to design changes will incur additional material and labor charges. -
Changes After Work Has Begun
Any finish changes requested after application starts are treated as a new scope of work. The client is responsible for:-
All labor performed to date
-
Materials used to date
-
Any removal, resurfacing, or prep required
-
Full costs associated with producing and applying the revised finish
-
-
Mid-Project Change Order
No changes will be executed once work has started without a signed change order outlining scope, pricing, and timeline. Work pauses until written approval is received. -
Schedule Adjustments
Changes requested mid-project may require rescheduling. The project will be moved to the next available opening; rescheduling fees may apply. -
Non-Refundable Labor
Labor already performed is non-refundable and will be invoiced in full. -
Production Commitment
Once application begins, the finish is considered fully approved for production. Design changes require re-scoping via the studio’s change order process. -
Documentation & Approval
All changes must be confirmed in writing. Verbal approvals or on-site requests will not be acted upon until formally documented.

6. On-Site Preparation Policies
-
Site Readiness Requirements

-
Handcrafted Variation
All finishes display natural movement and variation, which is part of the artistic quality—not a defect. -
Patchability
Finishes can be patched, but patched areas may remain visible. -
Cleaning Guidelines
Only gently blot with a damp microfiber cloth; abrasive cleaning voids your warranty. -
Sealer Behavior
Some sheen differences or color deepening may occur when sealing, depending on the finish.

Limited Warranty
Covers adhesion and application quality; does not cover damage caused by:-
Furniture moving
